Delete your RoadIQ account
You may request deletion of your RoadIQ account and associated personal data.
Request by email
Send a message from the email address linked to your RoadIQ account to info@meubliq.ca with the subject “Delete my RoadIQ account.”
What we can delete
- The RoadIQ account associated with your email address.
- Progress data and account preferences stored in our systems.
- Other personal information that does not need to be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained for as long as necessary when required by law, fraud prevention, security, or accounting obligations. Transactions handled by Apple or Google also remain subject to those platforms' policies.
Timing
We will process the request within a reasonable period and may request verification to confirm that the request comes from the account holder.
Cancelling a subscription is different from deleting an account
Deleting your RoadIQ account does not necessarily cancel an active Apple or Google subscription. The subscription must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
