MeubliQ Inc. provides reliable, insured shipping across Canada. To ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition, we partner with specialized freight carriers and parcel delivery networks optimized for furniture transport.
Order Processing & Timelines

Processing: Standard orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Transit Times: Once dispatched, standard transit times vary by region:

Quebec & Ontario: 3 to 5 business days.

Western & Eastern Canada: 5 to 9 business days.

Tracking: As soon as your order leaves the distribution center, a tracking link and carrier details will be automatically generated and emailed to you.
Delivery Methods
To accommodate different furniture sizes, we utilize two primary delivery methods:

Standard Parcel Delivery: Smaller accent items, office chairs, and select lighting are shipped via standard courier services directly to your door.

LTL Freight (Large Items): Oversized items, such as sectional sofas, dining tables, and complete bedroom sets, are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight.
Important Freight Delivery Information
For large freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Curbside Delivery: Standard freight shipping includes curbside or driveway delivery. The carrier is responsible for bringing the palletized shipment to the edge of your property.

Inspection upon Arrival: We kindly ask our customers to inspect the exterior packaging before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. In the rare event of transit damage to the box, please note "Damaged upon arrival" on the bill of lading and notify our support team immediately.
